Autodesk Account is Currently Having an Issue

March 23, 2018 by Edwin Prakoso 1 Comment

If you login to Autodesk Community forum, you can see this announcement at the top of the web page:

Some customers may experience delays managing users, assigning software permissions, or downloading software in Autodesk Account. We apologize for the inconvenience while we work to resolve this issue.

I also heard that some subscription customers suddenly can’t use their products.

Autodesk is aware of this issue and currently working on it. The service is expected to be running normally tomorrow.

If you are on subscription and your product is running normally, you might want to disconnect your computer from the internet until the issue is resolved.

I’ve been working with AutoCAD since 1994;
I think that the ol’ good way to release software was far better than this weird subscription program.
