Updates or service packs are released to fix bugs and other issues. Unfortunately, sometimes updates can cause other problems. It happened with AutoCAD 2013 service pack. And it happened with Windows updates as well.
If you just updated your software or operating system and have some problem, it might be because of the update. If you think that is the problem, then you would want to uninstall the update.
So how you can uninstall updates on Windows?
You can uninstall updates from add/remove program (Windows XP) or Program and Features (Windows Vista, 7 and 8).
On the left sidebar, click view installed updates. See image below as reference.
Now the window will show you installed updates instead of installed programs. Find the updates you want to uninstall then click uninstall button.
You can also find updates by the installation date. If you think your software worked fine but start to have problem after Windows updates, you may also want to try uninstall new updates.
